Have just upgraded to 7.0.5 and now cannot save files (Mac 64-bit)

I was using LibreOffice 7.0.3 and checked for updates. I was prompted to download and install version 7.0.5, which I did (Mac 64 bit). I find that I can neither ‘Save As…’ for an existing document, nor Save a new one.I cannot work out why.

For further information, I am running this on a late 2020 MacBook Pro, with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

Did you provide Full Disk Access to LibreOffice.app (be aware that it might be required to be renewed, if you upgrade LibreOffice. Thanks to Apple …)?

Very strange. I quit the application, started it again, and now it works fine. But I’ve got a sense of distrust now…
