Header format, 3 parts, left-center-right

I have a header with three parts. On the left, a name; in the center a title; and against the right margin a field.

I cannot find through google or even the robot how to format the header in this way.

The simplest would be to leave the left as left, center the title with Ctrl-e and then a tab to force the third item right. I’m sure this is a standard format but I can’t find it.

How to add left,center,right aligned header?

This is really trivial. The inbuilt paragraph style Header, applied automatically to the text in the header, has two tabs defined, one centered and one right aligned. All you have to do is enter the left-aligned text, press the Tab key, enter the centered text, press Tab, enter the right-aligned text.
