So, like most people I count on the simplicity of software installs. In the case of libreoffice offline help pak its not easy. I installed the deb version of the latest , that is version 24.2.4.2 and downloaded the associated help package. It will not install. It reports
error:Dependency is not satisfiable: libobasis24.2-en-gb (>=24.2.4.2)
This should not happen. It should be a bing bang boom install, not a research project to figure it out.
Thus far I have read and read about the language not being set up right, bla bla bla, but I am giving up on this… in a clear simple step by step how does the average user get by this. We are not all users, just END-users.
