Help texts: Here "Enable natural sort"

There is criticism concerning the help text for the “Natural Sort” option.
I also think it’s too much like “MS support” and is based on just one trivial and misleading example.
How could the help topic be designed to explain the actual mode of operation without writing “over people’s heads”?

A much more elaborate example clarifying the actual functionality you find here: Apache OpenOffice Community Forum - Natural Sort. See topic 112556. - (View topic)

is there ?

Documentation/Help - The Document Foundation Wiki

Yes. Apache OpenOffice Community Forum - Natural sort for OpenOffice Calc - (View topic), second paragraph by “MrProgrammer”.
The criticism is rightful, imo, but there are lots of similar cases, and if I have reason to visit “MS support” experience is even worse.

Yes, I know. But my English is bad, I’m 80, and I won’t start a new field of contributing. As far as the actual functionality of the option is concerned I did what I can do. I will attach now my “research” document also available from the above linked AOO-forum thread.

What I posted is actually a suggestion to experienced “help texters” to consider the topic.

(AI can defintely make a good enough translation)

what page to start with ?

for guides, you may ring at that bell : https://community.documentfoundation.org/t/introduction-i-want-to-review-and-correct-the-writer-guide-as-i-work-with-writer/12777/9?u=fpy

(would also make sense to add a note on the cross posted MrProg)
