I’ve looked around and haven’t found the right place to ask about / report this, but while looking at Shortcut Keys for Spreadsheets I noticed that a few seemingly random words are in Gujarati (at least that’s how Google Translate detects the script) rather than English.
It’s great that the Wiki is available in multiple languages, but having a few words in a different language than most of the page isn’t particularly helpful. 
Usually I’d say you are right, but as the path you gave contains latest/gu/text/scalc/ I’m surprised I can read anything, as the page is supposed to use language ‘gu’

You got the path using google?
IIRC yes, I got the page from a Google search (trying in vain to find an easy shortcut to toggle between two sheets that aren’t next to each other). I hadn’t noticed the “/gu/” part of the URL.
en-US Shortcut Keys for Spreadsheets is just fine, so I guess that does change the question.
