When highlighting a word or phrase using Writer’s color palette, this color can be seen until restarting the application. After reopening my document, the selected color is automatically switched to the nearest basic color. This happens only when I create/open/edit docx.
This happens because .docx format only support 15 highlighting colors.
My recommendation: use the .odt format.
