Create your own AutoCorrect rule in Tools>AutoCorrect>AutoCorrect Options, Replace tab.
- Select the language in which the rule is active or
{All]from the drop-down menu - Enter the “trigger” in Replace
- Enter the target sequence in With
- Hit

Note: The dash available on keyboards HYPHEN-MINUS U+002D is not an en-dash. FIGURE DASH, EN DASH and EM DASH are different characters. Getting them from the keyboard is OS dependent. If absent, you also have the possibility to customise the keyboard driver/management. This means that you’ll usually have to copy and paste the target character(s) into the target sequence.
