1. select the text for which to change the text size
2. in the main menubar select the menu Format:Character…
3. in the dialog that pops up, select the tab “Fonts”
4. there you can set the text’s font size

Is’t there any hot-key for reducing or enlarging the font size? in MS powerpoint, there are convenient button to reduce or enlarge selected test font size.

There is a hotkey to increase the font size of the font. It is hidden in the toolbar. You can find it by using the >> sign at the end of the toolbar. Also you can configure the toolbar to show what you want.
