How can I connect to MsSQL Database from Libre Office base?

I am using Libre Office 4.1.2.3, talking about Database Application (base) on Win 7 64 bit, English language.

I have been trying to connect, but not sure what to enter on the screen where it JDBC Driver Class? JDBC Driver for SQL? Or Class Name? I have tried with both but the Test Class doesn’t successfully run!

Please advise.
