In Ooo3.2.1 i can disable Commands in File commands.xcu in the path:
user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Commands.xcu
the path no longer exists in LO.
how to do that in LibreOffice?

The way to go about this is to use the Developer’s Guide examples, in particular the DisableCommandsTest.
