Please read this Java FAQ and this FAQ. Most common reason: Bitness of LibreOffice and Java do not match (either both 64-bit or both 32-bit). But as long as you don’t provide any information about your LibreOffice installation and the Java version you installed, no serious advice other than to read the FAQs above could be given.
