Hi, I am looking to make buttons on my toolbar that change the application and page background to Blue6, or back to automatic. I found the old “blue background white text” option on MSOffice 2000 relaxing sometimes, and created toolbar buttons using macros to switch between them nice and easily.
I have tried doing the same with Libreoffice, but without luck. I installed Java, hit “record macro,” changed the background colours, stopped recording, saved the macro, and assigned it to a button on the toolbar. However, when I click them, nothing happens. I have tried looking at the macro scripts but it doesn’t make much sense to me I’m afraid, and it doesn’t seem to include anything about going into the menu system.
Is there a way to do this please? Any help appreciated!
Am using LibreOffice 4.3.3.2 on Windows 8.1 English (UK), and Java dowloaded as of 2 Dec 2014
