How can I make a footer print on each page?

I looked back at the page where I originally asked the question and, sure enough, there is an option to attach a file. So I’ve deleted all names and address, etc., and am trying to attach the workbook. I keep getting a popup that says “>3 points required to upload files.”

What the heck ‘points’ are we talking about?

I tried making a numbered list of these paragraphs, but that didn’t help.

No idea where to go from here.
