I want to creat a simple cover for my homework but when i go to the Page Style option these is no option for one page, there is only option apply for all page so what should i do now.
You can create your own style.
It is common to have several related styles for title-page, front-matter, text etc.
They should use the same Fonts etc but border, head/footer pagenumbers are often different.Right/left pages are also handled this way.
Quite useful/convenient: Check if you can set the format for the following page also.
You can have different page styles in one document. Use one with a border for the first page; you can use the predefined page style called First Page for that. The next page will automatically switch to the Default page style, that won’t have a border unless you modify it.
