How can I make the Header and Footer outside to the border of the page in writer?

I can’t make the header and footer the outside of the page border in writer.Is it possible writer.In MS office the parameter to move the Header and Footer can be made into -ve values,But in writer it is not possible.Any option is there?

What is your LibreOffice version and operating system name/version?

  1. Insert | Header…
  2. Then move the header slider up, to make it smaller.

It is not working.Slider can only use to adjust width of header field.I want make header and footer outside of berder.
