Zoom. Slider on lower right, or click or right click on the percentage number.

So then, place your cursor on a cell where you want to split and then choose either menu View → Freeze Cells → Freeze Rows and Columns, which as the name suggests freezes columns and/or rows left and top of the cursor; or View → Split Window, which leaves you with independently scrollable grid windows.

Thanks but no. I want to have window smaller horisontially. Something like split screen.
