I have a document that I would like to move pages around in a completely different order e.g. move page 2 to page 9 and page 7 to page 1. How can I do this without reproducing the entire document again? (It is actually a booklet that I am trying to put together).

If you wish move chapter then start Navigator (F5), select chapter and Promote or Denote it by clicking on button above.
