I wanted to have on desktop the files that I save from LibreOffice in debian version. I have now them into documents file through dolphin.
The important information required is: Which desktop manager do you use on Debian?
(Not all desktop managers present files in $HOME/Desktop on your desktop (on screen)).
Change the default path in the menu Tools > Options > Paths and edit the My Documents entry.
