LO6.0.3.2 base connect to SQLite DB via ODBC，the Chinese character of DataBase is encode by UTF-8 without BOM . The table name and recorders are Chinese
can display correctly in SQLite browser（UTF-8 encoder）& LO databasw Linux version(UBUNTU)，however， incorrect in LO Database windows version.
My question is how can I set the encorder for Chinese to UTF-8 but not GB2312 encorder?
