As libcurl.dll below 8.9.1 is having vulnerabilities. May I know what is the step to upgrade the libcurl.dll to the libreoffice?

Also, the same changes are merged to 24.4. And as the result, 24.8.1 already includes curl 8.9.1, and the next releases of both branches will have (at least) 8.10.1.
