How can I use the fonts installed on my Mac in Writer?

Could you write a bit more?
Basically, your copy of LO must pick the fonts whlibe being loaded for the first time (it is when you may see some words being changed while loading the LO).
Could you tell which fonts are displayed, for example, in Writer?
