How can languages be added in Linux?

I am a newbie in Linux and installed Antergos (Arch Linux based) because it is supposed to have very new LibO versions. Desktop environment is KDE.

The LibO installer (supposed to be from pacman) unfortunately does not work. Thus I used the command

sudo pacman -S libreoffice-kde4

with the selection of 2 parameter I could install en-US still, which is what I wanted as a first step.

How can I now add

still - Japanese - UI (dictionaries are not existing)
still - German - full language support package but without UI
still - Dutch - full langauge support packabe but without UI?

It’s about the language ressources of LibO.

I am aware that this forum might be wrong but as @Lupp mentioned it is about the language resources in LibO. That’s why I posted the question here.

Hallo

I know nothing about Arch internas, so I’ve search for dpkg and it seems its available

Try download the .deb packages from LibreOffice
and install in the correct order with:

dpkg -i *.deb

I am not familiar with Arch GNU/Linux (package management) but a list of langpacks is offered on on the page for the libreoffice-still-common package. Presumably Antergos uses the same packaging. I am mobile at present, so answers are limited.
