I have completed my yearly business accounts and want to sent the figures to my accountant, however he operated Windows. How can i save it in a compatible format please.

What is your accountant’s application? To mention the operating system doesn’t tell almost nothing about the document format(s) accepted by your accountant. But anyway: Use File -> Save As and select the proper format in Filter.
Actually it’s a workbook with 15 linked sheets.
