I would like to be able to hear what I have typed spoken or read out loud to me by a voice on my laptop, when I have finished typing up my Word Documents in Libre Office. But, I am afraid I do not what type of Windows Operating System I have on my laptop - because my sister’s boyfriend set up all the administrative tools, apps, and software/hardware on my laptop / home PC computer for me.
