How do I add slides in Impress Presentations and the animations do not respond to changes

OS is XP and using LibreOffice 4.2

How to add slides? - Several possibilities:

  • ctrl+n
  • menu: Insert > slide
  • right click on a slide > Slide > New slide

I recommend to download the free manual which you can download from: http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/documentation/

Animations do not respond - Please provide more information on what you did and what is the result.
