How do I append all cell annotations to their cell's contents?

I’m a noob for spreadsheets FYI.

I have an xlsx doc that contains annotations (comments) for some cells, but I want to export the comments as well, within the cell that the comment belongs to, as appended content.

See attached image.

I want the cell content of the one annotated in the image to be the following:

AFAIK this would only be possible with macro.

But this raises other problems:

• Would it treat all cells containing comments or only some (which)?
• The cells are too small to fully display their contents, should enlarge? how (width, height)?
