How do I change a document to open at the last page?

I have a document that’s 28 pages. It’s a daily meal log. Actually, it’s 2 documents. I have a master weekly meal log document that runs from Monday to Sunday. At the end of every week, I open the master meal log, select the table & copy & paste it into the main document at the end of the document. I enter what I have for breakfast, lunch & supper. It’s annoying to open the main document & scroll to the end of the document to enter the day’s meal. I can choose “Go to page” & enter the page number & go to that page. My sister suggests that I update the main document to start at the last page instead of the first page every time that I open the document. How do I do that?

Check you added your name in Tools → Options → LibreOffice → User Data Documents should then open at the location of the cursor at the last save.

Tools → Options is under LibreOffice → Preferences if you happen to be on a Mac.

For best advice from us, please specify your LO version and operating system.
