How do I change all my files from opening with a Read Only

Whenever I open a file, Writer or Calc they open as read only files. I don’t know how to fix this. Any help wouldvbe appreciated.

Check you storage for filename starting with .~lock.....ods or .~lock.....odt. Close all LibreOffice files and remove all existing files named .~lock.....ods or .~lock.....odt, if there a remainders.
