How do I copy a dialog from My Macros to the actual document?

I have a calc document that has macros and a dialog. The macros and dialog are in My Macros. I can copy the macro code but how do I copy the complete dialog into the current document?

First export then import in document…

I did this but when I try to open on a different machine the macro is there but the dialog is not.
