In Excel, this was an Alt-E-D function.
You simply copy the source cell.
Then in the target cell, Edit > Paste Special
This brings up a whole menu of options, and you’ll need to go to the documentation to learn about them.
There are some bugs. I reported one here. Linking is problematic right now.
Check and be sure the formula works the way you want before going too far in your spreadsheet.

Ordinary filling down from the first row into the subsequent ones of the previously selected range (most used): Ctrl+D
.
Using the shortcut keys letters of the menu path it would be Alt S I D
.
For the additional menu items under Sheet > Fill
not shortcut is preset.
For “formulas only” and similar specialties you need Edit > Paste Special...
