How do I create a business card image of size 2.5 inches by 3 inches?

I asked this question differently earlier, trying to be more general, but I guess I did not know there was a concept of a paper size that is separate from the page size, so I am going to post exact questions which are clear.

I want to create a business card image of exactly 2.5 inches by 3 inches because this is the standard business card size in the United States and used by VistaPrint when uploading a card design.

I believe you mean 3.5" X 2" for business cards.
