Am a bit stuck. I have to machines, both with Linux Mint 18, and the latest LibreOffice. Reported as:
Version: 5.1.4.2
Build ID: 1:5.1.4-0ubuntu1
CPU Threads: 8; OS Version: Linux 4.4; UI Render: default;
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8)
on both machines.
Now I want to edit a PDF with Draw, something I’ve been doing for a long time on Windows at work. Works a dream and my tool of choice.
Yet, if I open a PDF on one machine Draw crashes, and immediately opens the recovery window, and if I try to recover it crashes, in an endless cycle until I delete the recovery info. Any PDF produces this result.
On the other machine, same PDF opens fine. As does any PDF.
So something on machine 1 is causing Draw a hernia.
How can I diagnose what? Can I run Draw in debug mode, find log files somewhere?
