How do I download Libre writer in an office where I am hooked into a network. I only want the libre material on my desktop station. The EXE filw wants Administrator name and Password to which I do not have access.

Thus, contact your system administrator (if he is a good one, he, most probably, will welcome free software as it means better system security).
