I got the message below about installing “help” but could not find where the download is on the website. Please advise. Thank you. JJA

What version? What OS?
The message you quoted should not be default. It might occur if something is missing in the base folder for help. Otherwise you should be directed to the online help.
Both the green frames for “fresh” and “still” download here contain a link to download “Help for offline use” and option to change the language and to choose the OS…
