I have created a form in one database and want to use it as a template in Form Wizard, to cut down on time spent re-formatting the layout of the available Wizard templates. I saved the form as a Template, but this only subsequently opens the form as an .ODT document. Any suggestions on how to save the structure of a form, without including any data? Have searched the manual and ask.libreoffice.
