how do I embed a webcam into an impress presentation?

Hello
For a public presentation using Impress, I need to embed a webcam that would live feed that it is filming (I don’t need to stream it online, it’d be more like a video, but filming live). Is this possible?

Here’s how it works for PP: http://qed.princeton.edu/main/Live_Video_in_PowerPoint using Videolan plugin. Does something like this exist for LO?
