I am using version 5.4.5.1 of LibreOffice. I have a LibreImpress presentation that I would like to add scanned images. There is a drop down menu under Insert for adding scan, but when you click on it, the option to search for scan is grey and does not work. Is there a fix?
(edited) Using v5.4.5.1 does not require a scanner to be attached to the computer to use the Insert->Media->Scan option, so I do not know the cause of the problem. If your scanned images are already stored somewhere on the hard drive, perhaps using Insert->Image might work instead, as a work-around.
