How do I get Access 2003 (XP pro) queries and forms into LibreOffice Database Version: 4.1.5.3 (english)

I can connect to the existing database, register the database, see all my tables but my queries and forms do not show up. Do I need to rebuild them?

Yes, you need to export queries from Access (save your queries as text files or whatever format it offers), and rebuild your forms completely.
