I’m trying to format a book as an ebook. I want a TOC that has links to the chapters but no page numbers. I’m having trouble with the TOC editing window, and the manual for v 6 shows a different editing window. Can someone help me.

In essence, you need to remove page numbers # (and tabs T before them) from ToC entries. But from your question, it’s unclear what trouble do you have with ToC editing window; and how does your editing window differ from one shown in manual for v6 (is that this manual? ) Do you look at chapter 15, section Entries page starting at page 328? Screenshot of your window, with marked differences/problematic areas would help…
