How do I get rid of unwanted fonts on a MAC OS installation of LO?

In Word, I can just choose the collection that has the fonts I want, but I don’t see how to do that. That would be my first choice - to access the Font Book Collection I want. If there is no way to do that, how can I delete fonts?
