I need to change the font size in the footer in Impress and from reading this website I need task pane activated to do that. Unfortunately, there is no task pane option to activate in the View tab. How do I get task pane to appear? I am using version 4.2.7.2 of LibreOffice, KDE Ubuntu.
To change the font for the footer do the following:
View > Master > Slide Master > select Footer area > Format > Character and set the font you need.
