I need to insert two pages after the Title Page.

Formally, you don’t insert pages in a Writer document. You insert text. So type your text where it belongs. Pages will be allocated on demand.
Sometimes, you need your text to be set at start of a new page. In this case, insert a page break or configure a paragraph style.
If these notions sound Klingon to you, I recommend you read the Writer Guide.
I’m entirely new here and don’t understand the acronyms or terminology. Forgive me. I’ve found out how to insert pages into a novel format but now I need to delete two blank pages. AH!

Are you familiar with Page Styles? Are you trying to use the same Page Style for the title page as the other pages in the document? Is your desire to have left and right pages or simply continuous pages in a document or PDF?
