How do I insert page numbers after the title page in Libre 4.0
When you are at the end of the title page (= page style “First page”) use menu Format > Manual Break. Select page break, choose Default Style from the drop down list or whatever style you want. Then check the option Change page number. That enables the number field, where you can enter the desired number.
If you will change such setting later on for an already existing page, set the cursor left top of the text area of that page, that should get a new number. Open the item Paragraph from the context menu and goto tab Text Flow. There you will see similar settings. Check Insert with type Page and Position Before. Check With Page Style, choose a page style and enter the desired number.
