A simple question, and for which there is an apparent solution under Linux since many have had the same desire, yet I see nothing for how to obtain this enlargement under in Windows (no GTK). With my stiff arthritic fingers at age 70 it is hard to grasp the thin slider.
You can chose Larger for the side bar under Options>View, but which is not a solution here. Ideally, customization like as the Custom Scroll bar add on enables in Firefox and Chrome would provide the most help.
I thank God I am using a 23’’ screen as otherwise it would be even harder!
