In the Windows 8.1 email app if I right-click on a word or excel attachment I get two choices: “open with” and “save” when I click on “open with” it says it is unable to open. I have gone to the PC settings and designated Libreoffice as the default application for doc and xlsx files.
Any update on this issue? I am using version 4.3.1.2 on Win 8.1.
Some additional information…although it is assigned in PC Settings the only reference is the calc icon, without the LibreOffice Calc label. I tried using the Set Associations found in the Control Panel. It has all Microsoft Office default programs that I updated to LibreOffice (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, etc) listed as Unknown application. When I attempt to Change Program it offers to “Keep using LibreOffice Calc”.
