How do I reference between OLE Embedded Calc Worksheets in same Document

E.g, I create a new document with 2 embedded OLE Calc worksheets. I fill a field in one, and wish to reference this field in the other. Can I do this, and what is the syntax?

Sorry, when I said “field” I meant “cell”. Tried to do this in MS Office XP as well, and found nothing.
