How do I report a possible license violation?

I came across the following product which seems to be a rebranded version of LibreOffice. A 30 day trial is being sold for 59 INR (~1 USD), and the product itself costs 3999 INR (~60 USD). The names of the programs in the office suite - “Writer”, “Calc”, “Impress” - match those of LibreOffice, and the logos are similar.

I have not used the product or the trial version, so I can’t be sure that the Erus Office and LibreOffice are the same. but this youtube video should be enough:

There is no mention of LibreOffice in the product’s website, and there is no mention of the source code.
