Have you added a background color to cells not showing grid lines now? If “yes” and you want your grid lines visible, even on colored cells, set option Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Calc -> View -> Section: Visual Aids -> Drop Down: Grid lines to value Show on colored cells.
