Is there a trick to separate this information into there own cells from copy/paste or does it need to be done post paste.
Please show with current information.

You can do it on import but no standard options on Paste
Select the cells, click Data > Text to Columns, under Separator Options in the box labelled Other enter the pipe character |. The first column looks like a date, if it is then change the column type to Date (YMD). If some of the numbers are text labels, e.g. post codes, equipment numbers, then change the column type to Text, otherwise leve as Standard. Press OK. Cheers, Al
