I am in Macos or Linux and I only use UTF-8 setting for all input docs/ data/ outputs
It drives me nuts that I cannot find a setting preference for LibreOffice 6.4 allowing default to the selection I want (in this case UTF-8). When I paste text/csv into a s/sheet it defaults to UTF-16 and I have to change it to UTF-8
Why can the user not set it to whatever they want?
Perhaps a developer can comment OR am I missing something?
